Qualifications

Candidates should be excellent communicators and proficient in object-oriented programming, particularly with the Laravel PHP framework. All candidates should have the following:

Required Skills:

• Laravel framework (v9)
• Test-Driven Development (PHP Unit/PEST)

Preferred Skills:

• Laravel Livewire + Alpine JS experience
• REST API integration experience
• SOAP API integration experience
• SQL Server (MSSQL)
• Domain Driven Design (DDD)
• Experience with other programming languages a plus

Job Description

Build and maintain internal and external ZIPS web applications and sites, working remotely with our small dev team. Your daily duties will consist of developing, testing, and maintaining features for our Customer Portal, E-Commerce Shop, and Admin Portal applications. In doing so, you will also help build and maintain API integrations for various services with which our applications interact.

As we continue to grow, our team may be asked to take on maintenance of other websites or applications from various acquisitions. Our dev team is also expected to keep up with best practices and are encouraged to devote 2 hours a week (during work hours) towards self-growth.
